Ans. Dancer is the one in the following list of people that doesn't belong to the group because in the bazaar of Hyderabad there are merchants, vendors and maidens and goldsmith. They are selling their items like Tunis turbans etc in the market. But dancers are not there in the market.
2. Describe the market scene in the poem in your own words.
Ans. The poem in the bazaars of Hyderabad is composed by Sarojini Naidu. This is a descriptive poem in which the poet visualize a market scene in Hyderabad. The first merchant ship is probably a seller of clothes. She praises the items on sale by saying that they look very good, expensive and colourful. The poet then comes across a vendor selling pulses and grains while nearby she sees few women selling spices and cosmetic items. The poet then calls out to some perilous to ask about their selling items. They replied that they are selling chessmen and ivory dice. The poet then comes across a gold Smith and describes the beautiful bangles, anklets and rings that he sells for women. He also sells small and delicate bells to be put on the feet of pigeons. The goldsmith also sells girdles for dancers as well as scabbards for the king. after reading the poem we come to know that the poet has spent many memorable moment in this market place.
