has taught us how to fly like a bird in the sky and how to swim like a fish in
the water but it has not taught us how to walk on the earth.”
1. Introduction – We are living in the age of science. It has made our lives easier and more comfortable. Science plays an important role in our daily life. It has brought the dreams and imagination of man true by observation of simple events. Science has changed the life style of man.
2. Scientific invention – Electricity is a great wonder of science. It lights our houses and runs our factories. It makes our fans run and refrigerators work. Science has given us wonderful means of recreation, radio is one of them. We here songs and news on it.
3. Means of travelling
– Science has shortened distance. Cars, buses, trains, ships and other modern
means of travelling. They have made the desired place in no time. They help us
to improve international relationship.
4. Medical and Surgery – Science has also helped us to fight against diseases. Penicillin, x-ray and other antibiotics are the wonders of medical science. They help doctors to diagnose the diseases and check their growth. They help us to cure the diseases.
5. Computer – Scientists have invented computers. These are wonderful invention of science. With the help of the computers, we can do complex calculation and work quickly. They have solved a lot of problems of men.
6. Agriculture – Science has increased our production of crops. Farmers use Thrasher, Tractor and water pumps. Science has changed farmer’s life. Modern agricultural machines have reduced the amount the manual labour. Farmers take bumper crops and dairy production with the help of irrigation and fertilizers.
7. Conclusion –
Thus we can say that science is a power. It has changed our lives. It helps in
every field. The inventions of science are very useful for us. We must use them
for the betterment of mankind. Let spread peace, pleasure and comfort on earth.
